Do you offer exchanges and returns?

Unfortunately, Jess Maas Beauty does not provide any exchanges or returns once the order has been purchased. We do suggest double-checking your delivery address & contact information before making a purchase to avoid any possible inconveniences.

How long does my order take to process?

Your order will be processed within 2 business days after the purchase is made. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of your purchase. For additional info, please review our shipping & delivery page.

My tracking number is not showing any information.

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email showing your tracking number. In the email, you’ll be able to see the products purchased, along with a breakdown of when your products will arrive. Please note, that all the information showing on your end will also be the same tracking number & information we can see from our end. If you have any further concerns in relation to your order or tracking number it’ll be best to speak directly to the courier provider shown in the email as they can possibly see more information on their system.

When will my order be shipped?

After processing your order within 2 business days, your order will be ready to ship. Shipment will depend on the country. For international metropolitan shipping please allow between 2-4 business days for your item to arrive. For international rural shipping please allow between 6-11 business days for your item to arrive. For all domestic metropolitan shipping please allow between 2-4 business days. Incorrect Shipping information

Our system prints out all labels automatically that have been entered on our website from our customers. We can NOT physically make any changes to any information provided after the purchase has been made. We strongly advise each customer to double-check all information before making any purchases. Once the purchase has been made the label will be printed with the information given.


My order has arrived damaged/faulty?

For all damaged/ faulty items, we advise each customer to take a photo of the product & write a brief description of how it is damaged or faulty. Please note we are NOT responsible for any damages made with the courier shipping process. Please note, that we will also have a record of each item before shipment to ensure we adhere to the situation accordingly. Please send your info to info@jessmaas.com.au


My delivery is late/not received

For late deliveries or items not received, please refer back to your email notification with your tracking number. In that email, you’ll be able to gather more information about your delivery. Please note, that Jess Maas Beauty provides efficient service for each customer ensuring we keep our promise to you by processing each order within 2 business days of purchase.


My order is wrong?

We apologize if you have received the wrong order. If you believe your order is incorrect. Please email us a photo of what you received to info@jessmaas.com.au


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally the shipment turnaround is either 2-4 business if located in the metropolitan region or 6-11 business days for all rural regions. For more information about our shipment & delivery process, click here.


Which currency are my orders processed in?

All orders are processed in AUD. We also, provide multiple payment options like PayPal, apple pay, and VISA/ Master Card. Also, providing afterpay to make it affordable to purchase Jess Maas Beauty Products.


Customs and Duties information.

Orders outside of Australia may be obliged to import taxes, customs duties & fees charged by your country’s customs department of arrival. Customs policies differ from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more info. Jess Maas Beauty does not collect duties & taxes, & cannot provide any information related to the cost of duties & taxes. The customer is responbilie to comply with all the laws & regulations, along with all import fess of the destinated country.
