Do you offer exchanges and returns?
Unfortunately, Jess Maas Beauty does not provide any exchanges or returns once the order has been purchased. We do suggest double-checking your delivery address & contact information before making a purchase to avoid any possible inconveniences.
How long does my order take to process?
Your order will be processed within 2 business days after the purchase is made. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of your purchase. For additional info, please review our shipping & delivery page.
My tracking number is not showing any information.
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email showing your tracking number. In the email, you’ll be able to see the products purchased, along with a breakdown of when your products will arrive. Please note, that all the information showing on your end will also be the same tracking number & information we can see from our end. If you have any further concerns in relation to your order or tracking number it’ll be best to speak directly to the courier provider shown in the email as they can possibly see more information on their system.
When will my order be shipped?
After processing your order within 2 business days, your order will be ready to ship. Shipment will depend on the country. For international metropolitan shipping please allow between 2-4 business days for your item to arrive. For international rural shipping please allow between 6-11 business days for your item to arrive. For all domestic metropolitan shipping please allow between 2-4 business days. Incorrect Shipping information
Our system prints out all labels automatically that have been entered on our website from our customers. We can NOT physically make any changes to any information provided after the purchase has been made. We strongly advise each customer to double-check all information before making any purchases. Once the purchase has been made the label will be printed with the information given.
My order has arrived damaged/faulty?
For all damaged/ faulty items, we advise each customer to take a photo of the product & write a brief description of how it is damaged or faulty. Please note we are NOT responsible for any damages made with the courier shipping process. Please note, that we will also have a record of each item before shipment to ensure we adhere to the situation accordingly. Please send your info to email@example.com
My delivery is late/not received
For late deliveries or items not received, please refer back to your email notification with your tracking number. In that email, you’ll be able to gather more information about your delivery. How do I apply false lashes
Jess Maas Beauty, has made it very easy for you to apply the lashes. Here’s a demonstration on how to apply your lashes.

How many times can I reuse my lashes?
Jess Maas Beauty lashes are individually handcrafted and made to last through multiple wears. For strip lashes, the average wear is 25+ whereas the individual lashes can be up to 20+ times.
How do I remove my false lashes?
Jess would recommend either using a cleanser/makeup remover. Then gently rub around the eyes or use a makeup remover (bioderma). Put the makeup remover on a cotton pad and hold it on your lashes for about 15-20 seconds. The glue will melt off and the lashes should slide through.
How do I clean false lashes?
Jess Maas Beauty products are made for multiple uses but to ensure the longevity of your lashes here is a few tips to care for your lashes:
Remove glue buildup after 3 – 4 wears. This can be done by holding the lash by the base and gently peeling off the excess glue with your fingers and or tweezers.
If you are applying mascara to the lashes, you can use a qtip and some makeup remover and gently remove the build-up mascara to the lash. That will enhance its longevity.
Store lashes in their original tray or in one of our lash cases to maintain the lash’s shape and keep them clean from dust and or flattening them!
Is lash adhesive included with the lash purchase?
At this stage, Jess Maas Beauty doesn’t have adhesive glue yet, although we are planning to bring out ones that you won’t lose and will be very quick to dry! Stay tuned.
Can I wet my lashes?
Jess Maas Beauty Lashes are handmade out of 100% human hair or synthetic blend. With human hair, once it gets wet, it is hard for it to maintain its curl and shape, the only human hair lashes we have are Confident & Fierce. For our synthetic blend lashes, they will withstand water however we do NOT recommend our lashes being fully submersed.
Will false lashes harm my natural lashes?
Definitely Not! In Fact, when false lashes are applied correctly with the proper adhesive and removed safely and gently, there is no harm done to your own lashes. In fact, lashes have been shown to become healthier from wearing false eyelashes because it replaces the need to wear mascara or curl your eyelashes!

Can I apply mascara on top of my false lashes?
Applying mascara to your false lashes is optional, it does add a more dramatic and more “natural” effect to them. Just ensure to take the mascara off correctly after you use them to get longevity from your false lashes.
Are Jess Maas Beauty lashes cruelty free?
Our lashes are cruelty-free. What does this mean? It means our lashes are only created with synthetic blended fibers or sterilized human hair. No product is created by or tested on animals! We are currently certified as a cruelty-free lash brand.
Are Jess Maas Beauty lashes vegan free?
We are officially not vegan certified, due to our use of human hair on some styles, but we can assure you we do not use any animal or animal by-products. Our lashes are made from either 100% synthetic fibers or 100% human hair.
Is the packaging eco-friendly/ recyclable?
Yes, we are eco-friendly and 100% recyclable packaging and lashes. We care about the environment and want to do what we can to make it a better place.

What's the different between full, half & individual lashes?
There is a huge difference in the appearance, how it feels, and how it’ll look on you. Full/strip lashes go along your whole eye, they may be cut if they are too long although they will cover your whole eyelash. This gives your eyelashes more volume and different shapes depending on the different styles of the lash. Half lashes are more natural and have more of the “cat eye effect”. They go on the outer half of the eye, shorter from the front, and really flare out at the end. Your natural lash will also show only on the inner half thus giving you a natural lash look with a flick at the end. Strip lashes can be manipulated to each eye shape. You can use this to either fill in some gaps in your lashes, or use it to create a whole different lash! With all the different sizes depending on how long your lashes are and the look you wish to create you can apply each individual lash one by one to give you a natural and or dramatic effect. Individual lashes can also be used on top of any strip lash to add more volume and or give it more uniqueness.
