All orders purchased over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed within 2-3 business days after the weekend/ public holiday.
Standard Shipping
4-6 Business Days for all Metropolitan regions. This includes same-state delivery & interstate delivery.
6-11 Business Days for all Rural/extended regions. This also includes same-state delivery & interstate delivery.
For all Metropolitan regions that are interstate & same-state delivery, please allow your order to arrive between 6-9 business days.
For all Rural/ extended regions that are interstate & same-state delivery, please allow your order to arrive between 9-14 business days.
The total delivery time includes when the order has been processed & out for shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING, CANCELATION & CHANGES
All orders will be processed within 2 business days of when the item has been purchased. All orders purchased on the weekend or on public holidays will be processed within the next business day 9 am - 5 pm Australian Eastern Standard time.
We strongly advise each customer to double-check all information entered on our website before making your purchase. Once the payment has been officially made, we can not change, edit or modify any information entered, cancel any orders, or provide any refunds due to incorrect delivery addresses or incorrect items purchased. After the payment has been made, your order will be ready to process. The information provided will be in our system, which then will generate automatically into a label for shipment.
Jess Maas Beauty isn’t liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages, or undeliverable addresses. or return to sender. Jess Maas Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please provide images of the product, along with a brief description & email it to: info@jessmaas.com.au. Please note, that we will have images for all orders prior to shipment, to investigate the issue accordingly. Depending on the outcome we may issue either a refund or replace the damaged/ faulty item received.
Domestic Shipping within Australia
All orders will be delivered via AusPost with the standard shipping method. Depending on where the address is located in Australia, delivery times may take longer than the standard shipping times. Please refer back to the domestic chart above to see the estimated delivery times & total delivery times. For any additional questions/ concerns about cancelations & changes please see the information above before processing your order.
International Shipping
All orders will be delivered via UPS using the Express Saver Shipping method. Please note all orders will need a residential delivery address, UPS does NOT ship to any PO BOXES. Usually, for all metropolitan addresses, the delivery time will be within 2-4 business days. However for a more detailed breakdown of your shipment, please refer back to the international chart above to see the estimated delivery times & total delivery times. For any additional questions/ concerns about cancellations & changes please see the information above before processing your order.
Customs/Duties
If your International order attracts any customs duties and taxes, you will be responsible for payment of these duties and taxes. We will not be held liable for any of these charges.
Shipping Costs & Locations
Shipping costs vary from metropolitan areas & to rural/ extended areas for each country. Please see attached location chart for the shipping costs in your country.
