IF PHOTOSHOOT BOOKINGS EXCEED OVER THE REQUIRED TIME, AN ADDITIONAL $50 PER 30 MINS
ANY PUBLIC COMMENTS OR FEEDBACK ON SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT JESS MAAS WORK OR JESS MAAS BEAUTY PRODUCTS MAY BE USED AS REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE. IF YOU WISH TO NOT HAVE YOUR COMMENTS OR FEEDBACK DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE. PLEASE NOTIFY JESS VIA EMAIL (INFO@JESSMAAS.COM.AU) WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE COMMENT/FEEDBACK SO IT’S NOT USED ON THE WEBSITE.

ALL PHOTOSHOOT BOOKINGS ARE PRICED FOR ONE MODEL, FEES WILL BE APPLIED FOR ADDITIONAL MODELS
A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS, AS A DEPOSIT. THIS WILL THEN SECURE ALL BOOKINGS. THE REMAINING AMOUNT IS DUE ON THE DATE BOOKED AND ACCEPTED VIA CASH OR DIRECT DEBIT. IF YOU WISH TO PAY THE EARLIER PLEASE NOTIFY ME VIA EMAIL (INFO.JESSMAAS.COM.AU)

PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE BOOKING, FAILING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF APPOINTMENT.
DEPOSITS ARE PAID VIA DIRECT DEPOSIT FROM THE VIA ONLINE CALENDAR.

LATE ARRIVALS-  ARRIVING 10 MINUTES+ LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. EACH BOOKING WILL REQUIRE THE FULL AMOUNT OF TIME QUOTED, FOR PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION. AS BOOKINGS ARE MADE BACK TO BACK, THEY CAN NOT RUN OVERTIME. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU ARRIVE 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.


PHOTOS MAY BE TAKEN BEFORE & AFTER MAKEUP APPLICATION AND MAY BE USED ON SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS & OUR WEBSITE.


THE CLIENT SHALL INFORM THE MAKEUP ARTIST OF ANY ISSUES THAT MAY AFFECT THE USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCTS. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO SENSITIVITIES, ALLERGIES, AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS. WE CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES THAT ARE INCURRED DUE TO THE CLIENT’S FAILURE TO INFORM THEM OF ANY KNOWN CONDITIONS.


THE MAKEUP ARTIST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO THE CLIENT OR BRIDAL PARTY WHO HAS INFECTIOUS CONDITIONS OR DISPLAYS INAPPROPRIATE, ABUSIVE, OR THREATENING BEHAVIOUR. IF SERVICES ARE REFUSED THE BOOKING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, THIS IS TO COVER THE LOSS OF APPOINTMENT.


DUE TO UNEXPECTED EVENTS, IF YOUR DATES NEED TO BE CHANGED, WE ALLOW RESCHEDULING WITHIN A MONTH’S TIMEFRAME & SHOULD BE NOTIFIED A WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING IF YOU WISH TO RESCHEDULE.


BY FINANCIALLY SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT (BY DEPOSIT OR PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS) YOU ARE ALSO DECLARING THAT YOU HAVE READ & AGREED TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
